Flying Dog Ranch West possesses a unique commercial potential. Special use permits are included for hosting up to 40 events annually within the approximately 9,600 sq. ft. barn, which has been professionally outfitted with a gym, commercial kitchen, and conference room.

This approval is unique, and replicating this elsewhere is unlikely in the Roaring Fork Valley.
